Itinerary
We will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco at 4:30 am and we will set off towards the Sacsayhuamán site, the place where an exciting balloon ride will take place. • First of all, we will see the inflation process of the ship and we will observe how the hot air rises and inflates the balloon. Then we will proceed to climb into the basket to ascend to 100 meters high for an estimated time of 20 minutes. We will be hooked at all times to giant ropes nailed to the ground. • We will see the Andean city of Cusco and the Sacsayhuamán fortress, one of the greatest architectural works of the Incas. • We will also observe the Pukamuqu mountain and part of the Andes mountain range from a bird's eye view. • When we get off the airship, we will toast with a glass of champagne and have a picnic breakfast to replenish our energy. The breakfast was aMaZiNg and very satisfying. Having said that, my daughter had never been in a balloon. She absolutely loved it. Everyone was so nice. We had a nice view of the city from the hills surrounding Cuzco. We went in June. It was very cold. Wear layers. I highly recommend this experience!
