It was a lie, do not buy if you haven't read or visited before, the ticket collection point did not exist and the point in the park is not there, they told me they had closed a long time ago and it is a SCAM

The tour operator didn't show up and they kept payment

Wandered the plaza for 25 minutes, inside and out. I buy and sell scooters as a hobby. I know what they look like. Never found the operator, requested a refund the 2 weeks ago. None has been provided. They didn't provide service and didn't provide a refund.

Called a end number thats on the front of a sign in front of the closed business on whattsapp. Got a message back on whatts app 2 days later.. I wrote them back lastnight immediately and nothing still the next day. They charged me $60 for 2 people. Now I have to put in a request for a refund through viator. Good luck.
