The Cuenca and Ciudad Encantada tour was a delight! Very beautiful landscape and gorgeous historical sights. It was great to get away from the overcrowded tourist sites and visit overlooked treasures in Spain. The Enchanted City is an otherworldly location that seems like something out of a sci-fi landscape. Cuenca has so much history located in a fantastic picturesque location. Our guide was very entertaining and fun. I would love to do this tour again next time I visit Spain.

Our tour to Cuenca with Sergio was wonderful! He was extremely knowledgeable and shared so much about the local culture, history, and traditions. I especially enjoyed how interactive he made the tour—he kept everyone engaged and made the experience fun and memorable. His passion for the area really showed throughout the tour. Thank you, Sergio, for making our visit to Cuenca such a delightful experience! Highly recommended!
It is a full day and an excellent excursion! Learned a ton of history and saw a beautiful, peaceful village with very nice people. Tour guide and our driver were true professionals
Totally agree about the punctuality, but you must keep in mind that inconveniences exist and it is not right for your guides to be so rude and spend the whole day making people feel bad with their comments. Also, I did not understand why you wait to fill the quota?!! Maybe because we are needed. Well, if you stick to the schedules, you leave and that is it. Wouldn't you be waiting just to then bother the person who, due to circumstances you do not want to hear about??? Because at the last minute, things can happen. Sergio from Cuenca was very disrespectful with his comments. Very unpleasant until the very last minute. Tourists, and especially older adults, deserve more respect. NOT VERY RECOMMENDED FOR TOURISTS.
We had a wonderful experience with our guide, Sergio. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and passionate about the history and culture of Cuenca. I especially enjoyed the way he brought the history to life by inviting members of the group to participate and recreate different parts of the past. It made the tour interactive, fun, and much more memorable. Our trip to Cuenca was truly delightful, and Sergio played a big part in making it such a great experience. Highly recommended!
Excellent . A day full of excellent site seeing far more than expected. Enchanted city was so lovely . Serge is an excellent guide, Very knowledgeable, very pleasent and looked after all of us very well
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolutely unbeatable experience! We just took a tour with Cuenqueando and I only have words of gratitude. From the first moment the organization was perfect, but what really makes the difference is their human team. Our guide was an absolute wonder: passionate, with incredible knowledge, and a way of explaining that hooks you from minute one. For his part, the driver was a ten-out-of-ten professional, conveying a lot of safety on the road, punctual, and super attentive to every detail so that we were comfortable. If you are thinking about discovering Cuenca and its surroundings, do not hesitate. It is a fantastic experience that we will repeat without hesitation
Long day however our guide is well versed in the history and relevance of what we saw. A great experience
First of all, Cuenca was well worth a visit. It is absolutely stunning. This was a good way to see it on a short trip. You meet them at 8:30 in Retiro and get dropped back at around 12 hours later. No car rentals, train tickets, different hotels etc. The coach is air conditioned and has chargers at each double seat. They should mention that to folks. You see a couple of sights before Cuenca. Both are beautiful natural wonders, and are also worth seekng. The tour I was on was bilingual English/Spanish. This led to some very lengthy pauses where things were explained x2. Because of that we spent too long in the Enchanted City and got to Cuenca itself at 3. This was unfortunate-better to make the enchanted city portion shorter, especially in the summer heat. The tour guide recommended a particular restaurant in Cuenca. What he might consider mentioning is that it has air conditioning, unlike any of the others. We hoped to find a quicker eat, were unsuccessful, and my daughter almost had heatstroke. We ended up going to that restaurant anyway, so just go with the group. That also left us with only an hour and a half to see Cuenca, so we could not enter any of the historic buildings or museums. Overall this was a five star trip and a five star day. The guide, Sergi, was wonderful-very funny and engaging and worked hard to engage the teens on the trip.
I have practically just landed from Cuenca and the Enchanted City, and I still have those landscapes and those wonderful corners with such a special aftertaste etched in my retina... It also helps that I saw it with an incredible guide, Sergi: a great professional, prepared, educational, and full of contagious energy. The day was perfect, including the restaurant, María Morena, which has incredible specialties. I don't want to forget the driver, David, who brought us back and forth wonderfully. In short, a day to remember. Do I recommend it? 100% 👌🏻
