Itinerary
First, be picked up from your hotel and after about 1.5 hours, you will reach Cu Chi tunnels. On arrival, through a short video, you are given an introduction into how the Cu Chi Tunnels were made and how the Vietnamese people suffered the hardships during the period of war. Be taken to discover the remaining area and a part of the tunnel network which embraces special living areas – kitchens and bedrooms side by side, and martial facilities – weapon factories, storage, command centers, and field hospitals. Additionally, learn about dangerous traps and hidden trap doors inside the maze-like tunnels for the guerrillas’ security purpose during the wartime. Interestingly, taste special tea and cassava which was once the everyday food of the former Vietnamese guerrillas.
Have lunch at a local restaurant and then visit My Tho city. Take a leisurely cruise along Tien River. After, pay a visit to a coconut candy mill, a family business, then be taken down the small canals by wooden sampans to soak up the pleasant atmosphere of the river region. Savor seasonal fruits, take a sip of honey tea and get a sense of Southern Vietnamese folk music through music performed by the locals. You will return to Ho Chi Minh City at approximately 7:00 PM.

A very interesting tour combining the Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Delta. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and provided plenty of useful information throughout the day. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a good way to discover two very different sides of southern Vietnam.
We really enjoyed our day tour to the Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Delta! Everything was well organised, and we had a wonderful time throughout the day. A special mention to our tour guide, Mr. Happy. His name really suits him! 😄 He is such a happy, positive, and friendly person. We really liked his attitude—he was always smiling, cheerful, and made the whole tour more enjoyable. He explained everything clearly and shared interesting information about the places we visited. The tour itself was great, and we also really enjoyed the lunch. I had requested a vegetarian option for myself and my friend, and we were very happy with the food. It was nice that our request was well taken care of, and we both enjoyed the vegetarian meal. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this tour, especially with Mr. Happy as the guide. Thank you for making our day in Ho Chi Minh City so enjoyable! 😊
It was an unforgettable experience. The tour was so great, it was not boring, the tour guide was so great that he made the tour more memorable, he was so lively and accommodating. Excellent Travel & tours ✨

Absolutely brillant, very knowledgeable
Fantastic. We had such an insighful trip
We had a wonderful one-day tour! Everything was well organized, and the itinerary was enjoyable. Our guide, Mr. Happy, was friendly, enthusiastic, and very caring throughout the trip. He explained everything clearly, made the journey fun, and was always ready to help. His excellent service made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommended!
The tour was awesome. So many interesting to see in a full day. The tour guide, Mr. Bình was great. He even did several on hand demonstrations to show us how they worked. I would recommend anyone to go on this tour.
Good afternoon, I would like to share my feedback about the tour. **1. Cu Chi Tunnels** Without a doubt, this was the best part of the tour. The explanations were clear, engaging, and very educational. We learned a lot, and everything was very well organized. **10/10.** **2. Lunch** This was one of the weakest parts of the day, together with the Mekong Delta. We had lunch far too early, at 11:00 a.m. We would have preferred to continue the tour a bit longer before stopping to eat. The food itself was also disappointing. The quality was quite low, there was very little variety, and the portions were small. We also missed having the option to choose between different dishes, and it would have been nice if at least one cold drink had been included. **3. Mekong Delta** This was, by far, the most disappointing part of the tour. Very little was explained about why the Mekong Delta is such an important place, both historically and culturally. The main reason most people book this tour is to experience the Mekong River by boat. However, our boat ride lasted only **3 minutes and 30 seconds**. It felt rushed, all the boats were packed together, and the rowers barely interacted with us except to ask for tips. To be honest, we didn't enjoy this experience at all. Instead, a significant amount of time was spent watching how coconut candy is made, listening to traditional music, and visiting a honey farm. While these activities may sound interesting on paper, in reality they made the tour feel overly commercial and low-quality, as if the main purpose was to sell products rather than help visitors experience the Mekong Delta. We left feeling that we had spent around five hours in the car for only a few minutes of the experience we had actually come to see. **The tour guide** Unfortunately, I don't remember her name, but she deserves special recognition. Her English was excellent, she was friendly throughout the day, and she genuinely cared about the group. She did an outstanding job. Overall, I believe the Cu Chi Tunnels tour is excellent, but the Mekong Delta experience needs significant improvement. It is such an incredible place with the potential to offer a truly unique, authentic, and memorable experience, but I don't think the current itinerary makes the most of it. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I hope it helps improve the experience for future visitors.
Tour was very interesting and very well organized. Guide and drivers were very professional and had a broad knowledge about Vietnam. I highly recommend this tour.
