The tunnels are a great destination located 70 km from the
Ho Chi Minh City Center to the Northwest.
Cu Chi was known as the “area of steel” in the war time, and the tunnel systems were over 200km, which was considered the unbreakable underground village in the Vietnam-American war. It is legendary for its network of tunnels, and is a popular destination for both Vietnamese and foreign visitors.

The tunnels were worth the trip to see what people endured.
The tunnels were worth the experience. The shooting range is an absolute waste of money. Minimum 10 bullet 600000 Dong. And you have no way to check your shot. Absolute waste of. The guide was just rushing in and out of everything. And although there was only 4 on the trip. He kept shouting. Hurry. Hurry. I really had enough of him. If u can tak taxi or grab to tunnels and enjoy the area. I would not recommend this trip. I gave it 3 stars out of respect for what the people endured. But only 1 star for the guide and trip

Great trip and nice historical spot.
Great trip to the Cu Chi tunnels. Peace provided interesting explanations and has a great knowledge on this matter. One of the best place to discover about Vietnam history.

Overall a lovely experience
I am writing this review to just let people know that at the end of the tour, you land at the souvenir shop. ( Just as you would at any other museum or tourist spot).
Please do not buy the bullets lest you want them to be thrown as garbage at the time of leaving vietnam and bringing it back to your home country. IT IS SIMPLY NOT ALLOWED
Not even in the checked in luggage. So don't waste your money and effort.

Cu Chi tunnel
Very interesting and a good way to learn more about this war experience from the Vietnam perspective.
But also confrontational at times!

Visit this site only after you have visited war remnants museum
I detest war and we should criminalize war. Everyone deserves to live in peace. Visited this sad place and learned how local people has suffered and endured to gain independence is quite an overwhelming experience.

What Vietnam says
The museum's information panels are in English, but the photos are so many on display that they are worth seeing and are very thought provoking. I want everyone to remember what the impact of war is.

Cu Chi Tunnels / War Remnants Museum Saigon
If you have visited the Cu Chi tunnels and then the Remnants Museum, you have had an impressive day. The Remnants Museum gives a total overview of the war with sometimes horrifying photos how people experienced this. To this day, there are still examples of this. Especially the victims of the Agent Orange defoliant. An almost lifelike prison complex has been constructed where there is an overview of the torture with some ‘tools’ at the time.
