During this one-hour session, discover the Casa Barú production method, our raw materials and the secrets of distillation. We talk about the aromatic notes, giving you the freedom to design and mix your own custom rum recipe, perfectly tailored to your palate. Once your master blend is perfected, bottle it in a 235 ml hip flask or a 700 ml bottle. While you seal your creation, enjoy a complimentary cocktail. Everyone here was wonderful you get learn about rum and the Panamanian culture. Our instructor Ismael was very informative down to earth and personable. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to for this venue. It was a great time tasting rums and even a free well drink. If you are a rum person you can get a personalized bottle or flask

The entire team is very helpful and knowledgeable. They check on you before you get there offer a lot of assistance. They are very friendly, warm and knowledgeable. The experience is great solo or as a group. Its worth it even if youre not a serious rum drinker. There are many options available as well in terms of finding an experience that suits your wallet.

Amazing Experience I had such a great experience making my own rum here! The whole process was fun, interactive, and really unique. It was amazing getting to learn about rum-making while creating something of my own. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience even better.
