- Please note: The shared ATV option is only available for groups of travelers with an even number, as the capacity per vehicle is up to 2 people. If your reservation was for a shared ATV, but the number of travelers is not even, the odd-numbered passenger is automatically converted to an individual ATV (example, 4 passengers = 2 ATVs; 5 passengers = 2 shared ATVs, 1 individual).

ATV was fun, the cenote had many bats hanging and the water seemed dirty. I was not getting in a cenote that had bat droppings. The tour guy charged an extra $20. Cash for a sacred site that was not good at all. Also only a water was given and nothing else, they claim m to give you a beer or soda and never happened.
We had a wonderful time exploring with Och, (Cesar). He was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of history about the town. He was very kind and thoughtful. He took us on a great adventure sightseeing the Cenotes, ruins, and othe iconic places. Highly recommend it.
The experience itself was good but for an incident before we started the trip. the day before the trip I received a message that we needed to pay extra 20$ per person for fees and that we Ould have paid in cash. If paid with credit card an additional fee would have been applied. I brought with me pesos to pay for the fee. @0 USD with current exchange rate is approximately 680 pesos. When I told the person collecting the fee that I had pesos, she charged me 760 pesos instead of 680. When I tried to explain to her that I was paying in local currency and that I should not be charged for any exchange fee, she was rude and aggressive and reply that any business can decide to apply any exchange rate. She went on saying she could apply 1 USD to 17 or 18, 19 or 20 pesos. I tried to explain to her that I was paying in local currency and there should be no exchange rate for someone paying already in local currency but she went on and on with her explanations without foundation. I was with my son, didn't want to argue and paid 760 pesos. I truly believe she pocket the money difference. The rest of the excursion was nice. Our guide was friendly and knowledgable.

Fun driving the atvs, cenote was fun and you’re able to swim around or even jump in from a designated area for you adrenaline junkies lol. The Tequila tasting was awesome and tasty. The guides are bilingual and informative.

We had so much fun. It was one of the highlights of our vacation.bWe decided to try this excursion instead of the ones the cruise offered because it was 2.5 hours
Fun trip, great tour leader. The machines take a beating, and show it, but overall a fun ride with family. The tour guide does a good job of keeping an eye on everyone, to make sure they are okay, and stay together. Just be aware that the roads are very rough and uneven, so if you have back problems, take that into consideration. The stop at the Cenote was interesting to watch people jump (or not). The tequila tasting was informative and a chance to purchase some if you are so inclined. Again, the honey tasting was also informative, with several different flavors sampled. All in all,, it was a fun excursion.

The ATVs were really fun. It was interesting to see El Cedral, and the center was beautiful! Our guide, Felipe, was so knowledgeable about the history and the area, and was so generous and helpful to give shopping and restaurant suggestions when our tour ended.

Tour guide was great. Very informative. I was a little disappointed there was only 1 ruins. The cave was neat but the “ruin” was a mock one. The tequila tasting was great! You will for sure be suckered into buying their “package”. Overall was fun for family with older kids
