Not every beach day looks the same, and this one lets you choose exactly how you want to enjoy Costa Maya. Settle into your reserved sunbed on the Mahahual beachfront, with the Caribbean in front of you and your food and drinks taken care of.
Keep it simple with the Silver Beach Break, including lunch and unlimited soft drinks. Choose Gold when a beach day means margaritas, Piña Coladas, Mexican beer and cocktails alongside your meal. Or make it Platinum, with lobster or catch of the day, unlimited drinks and signature cocktails.
Then make the beach your own. Cool off in the Caribbean, come back to your sunbed for lunch overlooking the water, and order that Piña Colada you’ve been thinking about since you booked your vacation. With the Caribbean in front of you, good food on the table, and a cold drink in your hand, enjoy the kind of beach day you came to Costa Maya for before making your way back to your cruise ship.

Your beach day begins just outside Costa Maya Port. If you selected transportation, meet our team for the short ride to Mahahual. Beach Break Only guests make their own way to the beach club.
Once you arrive, settle into your reserved beachfront sunbed. Swim in the Caribbean, relax beneath the palm trees, connect to WiFi, or simply enjoy the view with a cold drink.
Your food and drinks depend on the package selected. Silver includes lunch and unlimited soft drinks. Gold adds unlimited cocktails, spirits, Mexican beer and soft drinks. Platinum includes lobster or catch of the day, unlimited drinks and signature cocktails.
There’s no schedule to follow at the beach. Take another swim, enjoy lunch overlooking the water, order a Margarita or Piña Colada, or spend your time enjoying your sunbed and the sea.
If you selected round-trip transportation, meet your driver for the short ride back to Costa Maya Port when it’s time to leave. Beach Break Only guests depart independently.

No Stress, Full Refund!
Unfortunately, our cruise couldn’t dock in Costa Maya because of bad weather, but this company made everything easy. They refunded us quickly and were super professional. Will definitely rebook with them next time we're back!

VIP Beach club escape—- far from VIP
Pool was dirty and cloudy- unable to see bottom. Beach was covered with sea weed. We did now utilize the open bar for fear of getting sick. Not very clean and Definitely not worth a day trip excursion. We were extremely disappointed.

Buyer beware
Due to horrible weather our cruise ship was not allowed to port. So clearly we were unable to go on our excursion. Viator/Tour offers NO INSURANCE or refunds for ANY circumstances. So buyer beware. Viator does not have the customers best interests in mind. False reviews and tour guides are not held to any standards. Buyer beware if booking any cruise excursions go thru your shi. They offer refunds in case of inclement weather.

Great beach day

Beach in the Caribbean
Nice place to spend a few hours. Good infrastructure. It has kayaks kick you walk through the transparent sea of the Caribbean.

Decent and Priced Right
Costa Maya is a really under developed port "town" without much to see or do besides snorkeling, atv rides, diving, and a few small beach clubs. The one we visited was small, quaint, uncrowded (in May 2022), and a short drive from the port (10 mins). Our driver kept in communication, was waiting for us, and he was really nice. The beach club was really small (room for about 75-100) but there was plenty of chairs in the shade and in the sun. The beach was raked and clear of most beach debris. The swim area was small with only a 15x10 feet area to actually swim in. The rest of the water area (about 80x50 feet total) was very shallow, not much more than ankle deep. There was a net around the swim/wade area to keep out sea life. The food was excellent as was the service. The club bathrooms seemed clean but did have a strong urine smell. Overall it was a good experience.
