Costa Maya All-Inclusive Beach Break with Open Bar

This was an excellent day spent at the beach, with our very own tiki hut and beach chairs, the beach was beautiful and pristine, waiters came around often with unlimited food and drink, and everyone was extremely nice!!!

Great beach good service beach is great water was great we will go there again. Trip to the beach was good they picked use up at the port and when we where done they took use back to the port great excursion.

We arrived at the cruise ship in the morning. The resort had a cab waiting for us at the pier at 9:00. It was a short 6-7 minute ride to the beach. We were provided a menu of beverages and food we could order anytime. Two comfie recliners under a palapa provided us with plenty of shade. A very good way to spend a few hours off the ship

Great customer appreciation. Fast and friendly. Ride from cruise port was not detailed Great. You have to go completely outside the gates and keep walking past the guards. Beach wasn't great but the food and customer service was phenomenal. I really loved the people that worked there.

This was a lovely resort that was very clean and spacious. The staff were super friendly and always willing to make suggestions on things to do or food and drink to try. They made sure that all their guests were comfortable and happy at all times. The beach was very clean with no debris and was safe from vendors who are not supposed to be there. Had a great time enjoying the beautiful view of the palm trees and the crystal clear water. Will definitely be going back again.!

It was a long walk through the entire port area and through two gates to the taxi area. We had to ask other taxi drivers where our taxi might be (they tell you the taxi number and driver), and then we did find our name written on a small sign. Our taxi driver was very nice and told us that we needed to make sure to have the resort call a taxi for us to get back to the ship and we needed to make sure that they let the taxi driver know that the ride was already paid for. Once he dropped us off, resort staff was there to show us around, gave us a menu of food and drinks that we could order, told us what was available in the area to do, and then showed us to our shaded loungers. As we sat down, we were immediately accosted by locals walking on the beach and selling cigars, jewelry, hats, shirts, fruit, henna tattoos, massages, etc... It was constant-they would walk one way selling one thing and then switch out their product and turn around and walk the other way. Then they started having kids do it as well. It didn't matter if you said no the first time, they would ask you every time they walked by. Some of them were very pushy. There were also performers that would sing and dance on the beach in front of the seating area and then go around, asking for tips. A little while later, they would come back dressed in different costumes and do it again. The beach area was not very wide as there are other resorts on either side separated by vegetation. There were no seaweed issues on the beach, but there is seaweed growing on the ocean floor. The water was very shallow, but this made a good area for the kids to play. You would not see much if you snorkeled here. They did offer a snorkeling tour (a boat that takes you out to a snorkeling site) for an additional fee. The water warmed up very quickly. There were swings in the water and kayaks available for use. The food was good, there was a good selection for everyone and was all you can eat. The drinks were okay- not very strong, or just seemed watered down. It was all you can drink as well and the staff was very nice making sure to check on you and refill drinks or see if there was anything else you needed. It would have been nice to relax here except for the people selling things constantly. My family got bored, so we asked the staff to call for a taxi. It didn't take long. I asked the staff if they let the driver know that the ride was paid for and they assured me that they had. We all loaded up and he took us back to the port. Once we got there and started to walk away, the driver told us he needed to be paid. We told him that it was already paid for and that the resort staff had verified that with him. He said no, and wanted to take a picture of our resort bracelets. I felt like he was just trying to scam us for more money. So we let him take the picture and walked away without further trouble. In my opinion, this was a nice excursion, but not worth the money. Constantly being bothered to buy things made it really hard to relax and enjoy it.

The beach is okay but the service was very nice and hospitable. Drinks and food were very good. I only scored it average instead of above average as our ship time to go back was 5:30 and they rushed us out of there at 3:00.

Everything at this beach day is a 10 BUT the water. In the swimming area the water is only @ 3ft deep. Mario is the BEST waiter. He took great care of us.

Beautiful area, attentive staff, wonderful experience, food was delicious, open market walking distance away, you can also get a massage on the beach for additional cost
