We had a wonderful couples massage with Pamela and Talita, focusing on the back, arms and neck. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. We both left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. Pamela and Talita were professional, attentive and genuinely caring. They pay attention to even the smallest details and make sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire treatment. An absolutely fantastic experience. We would definitely recommend them and would happily come back!

Hari did my massage and was absolutely brilliant! I was originally booked for an Inner Calm massage, but Hari immediately noticed that my body needed a little more attention. He took the time to understand what I needed and tailored the treatment accordingly, focusing on the areas that needed it most. The difference was incredible. Truly world-class in both service and experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff at reception were warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful, immediately making me feel welcomed and cared for. The thermal area sets the tone and standard for the entire experience. The thermal pools, sauna, and steam rooms are beautifully designed and incredibly relaxing. Every detail feels intentional, luxurious, and centered around complete relaxation. My therapist, Simon, has the most incredible touch. His massage was thorough, intuitive, and focused on all of my key areas. The soothing scents and oils eased me into complete relaxation and total bliss. The facial was equally exceptional—delicate, intentional, and luxurious. The products felt exquisite, and I was literally glowing when I walked out. I am seriously considering booking another session with Simon before I leave Lisbon—that’s how impressed I am! I am completely wowed by the entire experience. 10/10. Absolutely exceptional. Simon is a fabulous and attentive masseuse. Firm, expert in his technique, and sensitive to problem areas. He also uses a combo of balms and oils that were terrific for my knee and other problem areas.
