I missed the tour because I arrived late. I asked if I could take next day tour if the seat remains unsold. But I was denied. They said no refund or exchange.

The service was more than satisfactory, apart from the excessive scolding from the van driver who took us to the rock; the beautiful things in Gibraltar are basically the rock and St. Michael's Cave. The rest remains absolutely anonymous.
