We did this tour on the last day of our stay in Cairo and so glad we did. Our guide Marsil took us to some fantastic old churches, mosques, and castles. It was amazing history and architecture. We loved it. Marsil and our driver Mostafa were very flexible with us and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying the experience. This tour changed the way we saw Cairo, it gave it much more depth and relevance than the tours or more ancient history in Giza.

Ahmed Khamis was our guide and he was great! He’s very knowledgeable about the churches and mosques, as well as the city in general. He pointed out lots of sites along the drive and talked extensively about them. The driver was friendly too. They were punctual and friendly. Ahmed took many great photos of us on the tour which was a nice added touch. We had a great time and felt safe in their care.

Ehab (our guide) and Assem (driver) were both very lovely and welcoming to my husband and I. Ehab was very informative and knowledgeable about the citadel and Coptic Cairo, and we learned much more than if we went alone. Ehab was really attentive to us and made sure we had plenty of water along the way, and checked if we needed anything regularly. He was very well liked by the community which was lovely to see. There was a small issue with our lunch but that was rectified immediately. Would definitely recommend doing this tour to learn about the important history of Cairo!

Our guide, Hamdy was so knowledgeable about all the sites we saw. It was fascinating to hear the history on the various religions and the changes power over time. Hamdy gave us plenty of time at each one and was happy to answer any questions we had. Great trip

This tour was a very quick, easy way to see some incredible beautiful, historical places in Cairo. Both the Churches and Mosques were amazing to see, and our guide Ahmed Elsherif was very kind and informative throughout, and our driver Mahmoud was great as well. Everything was on-time, smoothly operated, and made for a pleasant way to spend a few hours of the the early morning. Would recommend if you’re spending a few days time in Cairo!
