Great day learning about Tuscan history & cooking in a picturesque location. The team of two ladies were fun, knowledgeable and worked well together to keep things moving at a great pace to complete our preperations and cooked our meal. Couldn't have been better.
This experience takes place on a real Tuscan farm that produces its own olive oil and Chianti wine, and it absolutely shows in the quality of everything you touch, taste, and cook. The two women leading the class were authentic, charming, and an absolute delight to learn from. They made the whole experience feel personal, welcoming, and genuinely Tuscan. All the vegetables came straight from the farm, and we learned to make a full traditional meal: • Panzanella • Ragù • Fresh pasta • Tiramisu And yes — there was plenty of wine involved too. After cooking, we sat down to enjoy the entire meal we had just made, and it ended up being one of the highlights of the trip for our whole family. I highly recommend this cooking class to anyone wanting a true Tuscan experience.
So much fun in such a beautiful setting!! Georgia and Joia ( forgive if I misspelled) were excellent teachers! They both have an amazing way of turning strangers into friends!! Highly recommend!!!
Fantastic cooking class with Chef Giorgia and Momma Gioia. Great food and information about Tuscan recipes. So glad we could schedule this and so happy to met these 2 wonderful ladies.
We had so much fun! Giorgia and Gioia make a great team. Giorgia has a great personal story and is an excellent instructor. The recipes we made we easy for any skill level and the food was delicious. Gioia has a lovely home with great views and she makes her own wine, which she readily shared. She shared great stories about the history of the area and food we made. There were 3 couples. We did not know each other at the start, but were all laughing together and exchanging emails and phone numbers by the end of the lesson. We can't wait to get home and make homemade pasta and ragu for our family.
From beginning to end this was an amazing experience. Giorga & Gioia welcomed us to their farmhouse as guests, when we left, we felt like family. Teaching us the history as well as techniques of cooking in Tuscany. Perfecto!
What a lovely experience we had with Georgia and Gioia!! This was our favorite activity we did in Tuscany. We learned a lot and laughed a lot. Georgia was super knowledgeable and we learned so much from her about cooking and Gioia gave us such a great history of the region. They were the perfect team. On top of all that, the view and breeze we had during the lesson were unreal! Loved everything about this experience!

Georgia and Gioia was very kindly. They shared the passion they had for food. The food tasted delicious.
Joia and Georgia were absolutely incredible. They were very engaging providing history and explanations. We had so much fun making the antipasto. Making the pasta was fantastic and we topped it off with tiramisu. This was definitely a highlight of our time in Tuscany.
