Cooking class for lunch start at 12:00-3:00pm cooking yourself

We had the best experience at our cooking class with Vina!! She was so sweet, friendly, funny, and a great teacher. Not only was the food we made delicious, and we were able to bring the recipes with us at the end, but we had a lot of fun with her and the other students in our small 5 person class. You’re literally cooking in a home kitchen with her, and just hanging out which makes it feel like a very legitimate experience. The short walking market tour before class was also a nice little extra experience. I would highly recommend choosing this cooking class in Hoi An.

It is a great event with market visit and very dear organizers. The cooking class takes place in a beautiful kitchen and is a friendly and cheerful get-together with authentic food and high-quality products. Special requests such as vegetarians... will also be addressed..

We had a great time cooking with Vina and shopping at the local market Vina is very entertaining and the food was delicious. Also the kitchen is nice clean and with AC which was great during the summer

I’ve cooked with Vina at Gioan three times over a number of visits to Hoi An (with both family and friends). She’s a gem & the experience is fun and there’s lots to learn - AND amazing food to enjoy at the end! Strongly recommend this cooking school to everyone. Air conditioned, fresh food, a market experience and lots of fun facts - what’s not to love!

Excellent teacher, really fun but we learned a lot. Visited a great local market to buy ingredients with lovely English speaking guide. Then back to meet the wonderful Veena who flirted with us ( well Hot Steve at least!) made us laugh and taught us to cook delicious food. We ate everything we cooked- it was all incredible. Dishes were adapted for vegetarian/pescatarians. Highly recommend

An excellent experience today. Almost a 4 hour completely hands on cooking class with a quick trip to the market. Made 4 different authentic dishes, all very tasty. Would highly recommend Gioan Cookery school. We learned a lot while having fun.

We had a great time with Vina cooking bún cha and bò la lôt. She was a great teacher, very funny and had the foresight to take pictures for us while we were cooking. The recipes are good and we loved that we have the option here to choose which meal we want to learn instead of the other schools that only have fixed menus. You should come hungry to your course because it makes alot of food and it's so good.

What a great cooking class we had with Vina! She’s a delightful person and so well prepared! A super fun class that I would recommend to everyone! A great way to spend the afternoon! Delicious’

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our time learning to make authentic Vietnamese dishes. Great care was taken to ensure all dietary restrictions were accommodated. We left with happy hearts and very full bellies!! Thank you!!!

Vi Na is absolutely delightful – this is the second time that I have enjoyed cooking with her. I came back with my sister for her first time in Hoi An and this was the first thing we booked! my sister is a Aryan who is allergic to dairy and I am not. And Hk) made sure that we had delicious tofu and mushrooms for her and shrimp for me. It was just so much fun! The food we made was the absolute best country pancakes, spring rolls, mango salad and banana leaf tuna I have ever had.
