Outstanding experience ! We booked a trip to surprise our mom for 80th birthday and we couldn’t have asked for a better surprise! All of the staff at the pick up point - which is right next to a delicious donut bakery-, Hurts Donuts- were awesome! Friendly and personable and great senses of humor. My niece went up with Nana while we waited in the ground. They both could not stop talking about it the rest of the day. If you’re on the fence- do it!!

Absolutely lovely experience. Apparently we went 6 miles longer than the standard balloon ride. Would really like to see them consistently stay up longer inthe air for the price, we just happened to luck out as the winds pushed us up over black forest! Very special flight indeed. A memory for a lifetime!

I can't recommend Rainbow Ryders enough! From start to finish, the entire hot air balloon ride was smooth, safe, and simply magical. The views were absolutely surreal. Floating peacefully above the landscape, with nothing but the sound of the burner and the wind, was an unforgettable experience. Our pilot was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. The landing was impressively smooth.
