Marlen Carrer is a Social Club. We believe in the connection among people and the exchange of feelings through food, drinks and music. We want Marlen to become a hub for people to connect and exchange dreams, ideas and looks... Become a space where Marlen as a bar and us as people will contribute into making this world a better place. I will never forget the day that a dear friend of mine taught me how to make a Dry Martini. I was amazed with the emphasis on the detail and the passion that someone needs to put in making it. It made me get a whole new understanding on spirits and drinking in general. This is what I hope to transmit, while doing something I always loved. To cook and drink. This is what made my friendships stronger or created new ones. I believe in the human connection. Especially when this comes from simple things like food, a drink, a swim. There is no better way to get to know someone than teaching how and then having a drink.

This was an amazing experience! The bar was lovely and had a wonderful family history. The class was great and Antonis did great job to get to know us all and tailor the class to what we would enjoy! The afternoon was great and we even came back when the restaurant opened for dinner.

We had the beautiful experience of spending the afternoon making cocktails by the sea. This is a 10 out of 10 activities. You must go and do highly recommend it as a great activity for friends to get together.
This was alot of fun, we learnt heaps and also had a great time it was so good we stayed for dinner without a doubt the best tasting food and cocktails here in zakynthos 🥰
