We do not tolerate the threats you have made against our staff, who have consistently been polite and have answered your questions clearly, promptly, and thoroughly. We understand that your aim is to dishonestly damage a reputation built over more than 15 years, simply because you did not get what you wanted: to avoid paying the fees—clearly and detailedly described prior to booking—charged by the Mexican government for access to the Jaguar Park protected natural area (home to the Tulum museum and pyramid). We cover these costs months in advance so that our clients can be the first to enter without waiting in lines alongside the mass-tourism buses—which is not the type of service we provide. Your comment has been reported, along with evidence of your aggression, disrespect, mockery, and racist threats directed at our reservations team.
