“Falcons road” on the Red Rocks of mt. Romanija is a secured climbing route. The length of this Via Ferrata is 350m. The star of this route being the two suspension bridges nested between the rocks with stunning background of pine and fir forest. This adrenaline content will give those fond of adventure and extreme sports great excitement with maximum safety. There will be plenty of opportunities to make postcard-like photos of rocks with a stunning background of mountains surrounding Sarajevo. The trip starts from Sarajevo, where we will pick you up. The drive is only 30 minutes, and the whole adventure will take 3 to 4 hours total. You can plan it as a half day adventure getaway from Sarajevo. This trip is not for those suffering from acrophobia (extreme fear of heights).

An incredible and well planned Climb, went with friends and we all had no prior experience. Kenan had been very friendly and allowed us to take our time. It was a really nice experience from the start to the end. The pick up and the drop off was in front of our apartment. We never did a via ferrata before, but the introduction and explantion were clear and good to understand. We highly recommend this adventure especially for the view, the guide and a little bit of history.
I don’t have enough words to express how amazing this experience was! Kenan our guide was experienced, confident, and helpful with everything climbing. It felt very personal as it was just My husband and I and Kenan which made the experience very enjoyable as we could take our time and have a more personal experience. The views are unmatched! Our climb ended right at sunset and seeing it from atop a mountain is incredibly rewarding. Highlander Adventures itself is a business started by a bunch of friends who have a love for climbing. Who wouldn’t want to support that! They provided pickup, drop off, and snacks! Also if you don’t have your own ferrata gear they have some you can use. They also will take photos during your climb so you have to share if you’re too scared to pull out your own camera like us 😅 It was worth every penny and If we are ever in the area again, which we hope to be, we would book with them again and again. Absolutely amazing experience, I was bike touring through and Kenan took me up and gave me a great tour and we talked about a lot of amazing stuff, he taught me so much and was extremely friendly and kind, as well as providing snacks for me. Amazing experience and I highly recommend. It took about 3-4 hours and Kenan was very helpful with picking me up and with making sure the weather was appropriate. Overall amazing guide and fantastic guy.
The Via Ferrata with Kenan was incredible! We were picked up in a location we requested & brought to the Ferrata & returned back to the city after the climb. We were provided with snacks as well. Kenan was an amazing guide, very knowledgeable & great energy. I am now returning to Ireland with a list of great music & great memories.

What an amazing climb! The scenery was absolutely stunning, with epic views that went on forever. Being out in nature was a great adventure, and the sunset was the perfect ending to the day. Highly recommend!
