Don't Worry About Getting There 'On Time'
Check in process was ridiculous, they only allowed one of us inside, even though the sign said 25 people could be inside. (I was the only person inside besides employees) Paperwork had to be completed by everyone, so I had to go back outside, and have my daughter complete it and bring it back. Not sure why she wasn't allowed in. Later on a family came, and a little girl cried for her mother because she wasn't allowed inside and had to stay outside with her older brothers. The office was large enough to hold more than 25 people. Not a great first impression. It got worse when I was told the time on my ticket was my 'check in time' (never said this when I selected the time of my tour) and my boat wouldn't leave until 10:30, not 10am. We were also cruise ship passengers, and according to the listing, this was a great tour for cruise passengers. It was not. It was a very far walk. I've been to Cabo San Lucas many times, and never walked this far to go anywhere. The boat was neat that it was completely clear, so you could see fish, but it only stopped 2 brief times to look at them. Didn't get close to the sea lions at all. I have friends who went really close to the sea lions and went to Divorce Beach and they only paid $5 a person for the basic glass bottom. This boat just goes to the arch for photos they offer for sale.

We are very very sorry to hear about the bad experience you had at the Clear Boat adventure, unfortunately they kept most of the rules and regulations from COVID to make sure people are save on their visit to this detonation, again we apologize for the discomfort that filling out a waiver has, (unfortunately do to the liability issue that all of the activities have) all activities in Cabo request that all participants fill out a waiver. The check in time is always 30 min before do to small windows of time that it takes to do the check in, filling out waivers and the 3 min walk from the office to the boat (ones again, my most sensitive apologies for the discomfort that it may caused you.) The unfortunate situation with boats getting too close to the sea lions is actually ilegal do to the protection of their colony. Clear Boat only provides with 45 min tour to see main a traction’s and sea live available under the boat (only for the purpose of clarification please find a link to the description of the activity). May I please suggest that next time you visit Los Cabos please contact us and tell us about your requests and expectations I’m very sure we can make your vacation very fun. Sincerely

Great Tour to to see the Arch!
It is about a 15 min walk around the Marina to get to Plaza Bonita. The tour was on time and guided very well. I liked that it was an hour tour and we were able to get up close to the arch for pictures and see the sea lions!
