We had an amazing time making pasta. This is a great cooking class. We had 3 kids ages 12-17 and they loved the experience.
This was a fabulous experience. 2 couples so very personalized and not rushed at all. Definitely recommend!!
Amazing!! We booked a pasta cooking class with "Italian Cooking Classes in Rome" last summer and loved it so much we brought more friends this summer!! Francesca is an amazing chef and teacher. We enjoyed our time in their beautiful teaching kitchen in Piazza Margana. In just 2.5 hours, we made fresh pasta and three Roman sauces: Cacio E Pepe, Carbonara, Amatriciana. It was so hard to pick a favorite. And the experience was SO FUN!! Francesca kept us laughing, wine was flowing, and the pastas were absolutely the BEST we ate in Rome!! I would highly recommend friends, families, couples, singles... to experience this cooking class. Booking directly from the website was easy and convenient. Our group of seven was joined by two others and we all enjoyed the company! I learned so much about how to make great pasta. THANK YOU SO MUCH, FRANCESCA, FOR A GREAT AFTERNOON AND DELICIOUS PASTA!!
Francesca was an amazing teacher! Our family had a blast 😊.
First cooking class we have taken, and it did not disappoint. The food and ambiance were amazing. I would come back for another class anytime.
Francesca showed us such an amazing time! It has been so hot out and this was the perfect thing to do on a hot day. Fun times, great food and drinks and an overall great experience to do as a family!
What a fabulous experience learning how to make traditional Roman pasta and Tiramisu. Francesca was great!
Simply a memorable experience 🍝🍷✨ We chose this cooking class for a bachelorette party, and it turned into one of the most fun and beautiful moments of the weekend 😂 Amidst laughter, wine, fresh pasta, and a bride who managed to come up with a new recipe every 5 minutes for the carbonara 😂👰♀️ Francesca had infinite patience! We prepared tiramisù, carbonara, and amatriciana, and everything was not only delicious but also super engaging and perfectly organized. A special thanks to our chef Francesca, who is very skilled, friendly, and super engaging, and to Lidia, who quickly arranged and prepared the stations for the next phase without leaving us wanting for anything ✨ For us, they will remain "the 3 Fra" 😄 a truly professional, organized team that is also capable of creating a light and fun atmosphere. It was one of those experiences that truly make you feel inside Rome 🇮🇹
This class was an add to our trip after attending a pre-booked Gelato class. Francesca and Maria were so fun, informative and helpful in the Gelato class that we booked the Pasta class. Absolutely loved the time spent with them learning so much about ingredients and traditional methods of pasta making as well as three different sauces. I can't wait to duplicate the dishes once home! My mother, daughter and me had a great time! We highly recommend their classes and feel that both were a great value. The amount of pasta per person was way more than we could eat and had to ask for small portions since we were eating all three! I just wish we had had the time to take their Pizza making class.
Francesca was fantastic. She was super friendly and gave lots of tips and advice. She’s a great cook too!
