- The last two buses of the day end the route at Chester station
- There is also a bus that leaves Chester Interchange stop at 9:20am
- Mobile and printed paper vouchers are both accepted on this tour and can be redeemed at any of the stops along the route

Very interesting stories on the loudspeaker, clear and easily understood. The drivers are impressive, their driving skills are superb. For £8 (we're OAP's) this was a perfect way to see the sights, at a very reasonable cost. We WILL be back and we WILL have another go round as we haven't seen enough.

A good overview of the City. A lot of information and recorded commentary per minute. It makes it hard to take it all in. Not always fluid and sometimes gets interrupted before the end to sync with location. I also found it wasnt too easy to know where the stops vs where we were at. An app with dynamic location on a map would be useful. All this said, it is a good formula if you don’t have a lot of time to visit.

The Hop on Hop off bus in Chester was a great way to see the city and get an insight to the place. The commentary was not too invasive or loud. I liked the choice of either doing the Hop on Hop , or just ride to whichever stop we wanted along the way as a on-off journey (this was best for us and we did do the whole tour in one go, this option is a bit cheaper £6, I think? £4 for concessions) I MUST highlight Sam, our driver, as he was so friendly and took the time to explain all about the tour.
Once I found the Bus stop at the Station I settled in and listened to the commentary. I did a complete loop and then decided where I wanted to disembark (my “hop off”). Was warned about low branches, some seats could do with a clean - cobwebs LOL. Very friendly driver and would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to see the sights of Chester in a limited time frame.

Struggled to find a bus stop as didn't want to start at the beginning, but when finally found one the driver was lovely and the commentary was clear

Great bus tour of Chester. We had a great time. Lovely friendly bus driver he was so nice. A young man. We did the full tour which took an hour and listened to the information which I found so interesting lots of history and things I never knew I loved it. After the hour we hopped on and off wherever we wanted to go and bought a combined bus and cruise ticket so we got off at the groves and did the boat cruise for half an hour. The weather was warm and it was great sitting on the open top bus cooling down. I thought it was excellent value especially as we got the cruise too. I’ve never done a hop on hop off tour but definitely will now in all cities I visit. I hope they are as good as this one.
Punctual everytime. We hopped on n off wherever we wanted. I am on crutches and the driver was most helpful, lowering the bus everytime and waiting for us to be safely seated. Excellent service. Will use again.
The tour guide was excellent, a really nice guy, very informative and passionate about some of the history. Only issue was trying to find where to get on the bus or the bus from as we didn’t have a leaflet until we saw a community support officer. There could be more advertisement in the centre of the town with directions? Anyway we got there in the end and really enjoyed the tour.
