- First bus departs from Stop 1 at 9am (both routes)
- Last bus departs from Stop 1 at 7pm (both routes)
- Tour duration: Each route takes 120 minutes to complete
- Frequency of the buses: Every 10 - 25 minutes, depending on the time of year
- Vouchers can be used any day within 3 months of travel date selected at check-out
- Mobile and printed paper vouchers are both accepted on this tour and can be redeemed at any of the stops along the routes
- No queues in high season: our buses run every 5 minutes so you don't have to wait
- Please note, our buses are pink and blue and are named 'Bus Turistic'
- Infant tickets, though they are free, must be added to basket when checking out
- Once the electronic voucher has been redeemed and exchanged for a printed ticket, passengers are required to keep the printed ticket with them for the duration of their journey as electronic vouchers cannot be used after redemption
- Please note, Stop 22 on the Red Route (Torre Glories) is currently out of service. The alternative stop is located at 160 Badajoz Street

Absolutely ridiculous. Stop at the station closed with no clear instructions how to get there. Nothing on the website to explain about disruption. We found a ticket seller at a bus station who said we were no where near any stop. Couldn't even find the stops. Walking around in scorching heat for nothing. Now refusing to refund!!
You learn NOTHING and the tour “people” on the buses were rude. I don’t understand why they could not at least announce which stop to which you have arrived. And how hard would it be to make your map slightly larger and write a brief history or explanation of each stop.

A good way to see multiple city locations
No air conditioning on bus and it was 98 degrees. Roof top seating had a shade cover over 6 seats only. There was a shade for the entire top but the driver did not pull it over for everyone. Very little tour information for all highlights. I have been on many other Hop on busses that were so much more informative.
A great way to see around Barcelona. Tour guides giving good info throughout your journey. Very friendly
Really good, frequent buses, informative commentary from the earphones (free) available in several languages. Really enjoyed our tour. Would recommend.
Worst experience ever on a hop on hop off tour. We started out fine in the morning, got off in the CBD area for lunch at the Placa de Catalunya.and had a fabulous time. We got back on to a terrible guide at 3.30pm who basically ignored and waved us on said no ear phones. Everyone was squashed on with at least 10 standing in the downstairs aisle. They left us on the bus for more than 20 minutes when it was 437 degrees outside!!!! the aircon was off and doors closed. People were wanting to get off (understandably) I got to a point where I was either going to pass out or throw up so went to the front and got off. The bus that was meant to be 15 minutes behind pulled in front of our bus. I was too sick now to even bother getting on that bus. ,We got a taxi back to hotel. Guide and driver had absolutely no duty of care. I do not suggest getting on this your ...get a driver.
The WiFi in the bus we boarded was not working I think 2331, which gave me a serious tough time as I have to connect back at home online in my office which was the grace i have to be away from office, ability to work away from home but unfortunately the WiFi was not working, we were transfered to another bus 2330 or 2332 and is the same thing the WiFi didn't work & is not applicable to me alone is general, in fact the reasons they transfer us to another bus was because of the WiFi that is not working according to the bus driver and the assistant & eventually the WiFi in the second bus didn't work as well.
We rode the Red route to get an intro to Barcelona when we arrived. The area coverage was good, but we would have preferred more narration about history, architecture, etc and less filler music.
