This was a fantastic tour that I would recommend anybody doing while in Boston!

Set sail with us for the whale watch experience of a lifetime on the New England Aquarium Whale Watch Cruise. Our destination: Stellwagen Bank Marine Sanctuary, a rich feeding ground for whales, dolphins, sea birds, and other marine creatures. Stellwagen is home to many species of large whales, including humpbacks, finbacks, and minkes. New England Aquarium naturalists will share knowledge, answer your questions, and explain the fascinating behaviors of these truly magnificent mammals on the sea life cruise experience. The location of the whales may require more travel time, extending the trip beyond three hours. Please allow for additional time in your schedule. The average trip is between 3 to 4 hours.

Amazing tour, knowledgeable staff. We saw 30 whales (20 adults and 10 babies). I would highly recommend this tour. It was amazing and so worth it. Got so many great memories.
Really beautiful trip! We saw a few humpback whales really close up! The guides were very knowledgeable and helpful for finding/spotting the whales. The boat was bigger than I was expecting but we still got pretty close to the whales
We had an excellent 4 hours on the water. Saw whales and dolphins. We were extremely lucky with the weather on the day which I recommend you check before hand.
The crew was nice, but I didn't get to see a whale. The boat is big and comfortable. I preferred the outside deck.
Best whale watch ever. We saw several cow calf pairs playing in the water, breaching, fin waves, and tail slaps. Fantastic trip!
Unfortunately the weather turned. Sea very rough and very foggy. Half the passengers were sea sick!! We had to turn around and come back 😫
It was one of my best experiences in Boston. It went for around 4 hours and we had a totally great time. Saw numerous huge humpbacks glide past and also a sunfish and shark in the distance. The guide was awesome explained everything clearly. The cruise ship was great with comfortable indoors and huge outdoor deck for viewing. Overall, a highly recommended trip!!
Didn't see any whales and the boat was not well maintained. They did offer me a free trip but I would have spent more money to fly back to Boston and book a place to stay.
We saw so many humpback whales it was amazing! Happened to go on a day with a smaller passenger load which was delightful
