Beautiful experience. You dance 80s/90s while enjoying manhattan lit by the Hudson. Wonderful.
I went on the Cowboy Carter-inspired cruise. The experience was just okay. Unfortunately, it was raining beforehand, and the interior of the boat was extremely slippery, with no rugs or “Caution: Wet Floor” signs. I, along with several other passengers, slipped and fell. It was very unsafe, and disappointing that none of the staff made an effort to address the hazard. Additionally, one staff member working at the concessions/food and beverage area was noticeably rude to multiple guests, even raising her voice at them. It was clear that good customer service is not a priority for this company. While I was really looking forward to the Cowboy Carter theme, the poor safety and unprofessional behavior from staff overshadowed the experience. I can’t recommend this cruise, and I definitely won’t be booking with them again.
We sincerely apologize for the safety concerns and poor service you experienced. Your feedback about wet floors and staff behavior is concerning. Please contact us at GuestServices@support.nycl.com to discuss this further.
