Traveling alone, arriving in the early hours of the morning, and not a mandarin speaker, having the driver awaiting me at arrivals was a relief. The driver was friendly & courteous; he helped with my luggage, transporting me swiftly & safely from the airport to my hotel.
5-star service! car was new and clean, driver was safe but he did not speak english which was not a big thing
