Our workshop host, Franklin, was patient and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Our kids (12 and 15) stayed engaged the entire time. Highlights included making (and later eating) our own chocolate bars, grinding the beans, and smelling and tasting different chocolates and trying to identify the tasting notes. There is of course lots of chocolate you can buy afterward, but we highly recommend the chocolate ice cream - some of the best we've ever had!
