They gave us a helpful heads up about the 1 hour time difference between Cancun and Chichen Itza. We ended up being the only 4 people on the tour and they accommodated an earlier start time. A tip for people traveling from Quintana Roo to Yucatan State. BRING YOUR PASSPORTS! We were stopped on the toll road on the way home and were "fined" for not having them. We had pictures of them, but not the entry stamps. Not sure where the money went, but there was no paperwork associated with the fine...
Absolute great experience! Prior to our tour, there was clear communication on where to meet and what to expect. On the day of the tour, entrance to the complex was very quick. Our guide was very knowledgeable and passionate, which absolutely enhanced our experience. Definitely would recommend!

Great tour with Monica as the guide for our family of five. She was very knowledgeable and took her time explaining all aspects of the site, with lots of information about Mayan civilization also.
