Your tour begins with hotel pickup in the Riviera Maya aboard an air-conditioned van and head to Chichen Itza first. Enjoy a continental breakfast on board and once at the site you'll enjoy a guided tour with your group. Chichen Itza in Maya means "Mouth of the well of water witches" and it is one of the major archaeological sites of the Yucatan Peninsula.
See the main building known as the Kukulcan Pyramid which represents the Mayan civil calendar. Other prominent buildings are El Caracol or also known as the Observatory, the Group of the Thousand Columns, Church, Temple of Venus, Temple of the Jaguar and the Ball Court, the largest built throughout Meso-America. Know this place in the approximate two-hour guided tour and then have some time to explore on your own.

Totally recommended
10/10 excursion!!! Pablo is a luxury, fun guide and he told us very curious things. You can see that he has spent his whole life dedicated to spreading his culture. And Merino, a great driver too. He had us flying all day... ha ha... thanks to both of you for such a GREAT day!!

Highly recommend this small group van tour
This was a very well organized trip I will recommend to all my friends Pablo and Heber were a great team. Both are incredibly knowledgeable of all things Mexico and Pablo is a legit archaeologist. I recommend taking a smaller group in a van so you avoid the crowds, getting to Chichen Itza and the cenote early to avoid all the crowded and heat. It was great value at $150 per person plus the $45 each for entry to Chichen Itza.

A very pleasant and interesting excursion.
We did the excursion on April 26th; being a company that operates in Mexico but has contacts in Spain, it was quite easy to clear up many doubts over the phone, especially since we were a group of about 20 people. The excursion went very well; they picked us up at the hotel punctually, we traveled in two air-conditioned vans that had drinks and snacks for the journey. The drivers were great; they were very pleasant, especially Juan, who was driving the van I was in; he made the journey very enjoyable.
Our guide was Tonatzin, a very pleasant woman who enjoyed sharing all the historical details about the sites, and she did so in a very engaging way to keep the tour from becoming tedious.
Chichén Itzá is a site that one must visit at least once in a lifetime; it is impressive to see all that architecture and the beliefs behind it; it is a very interesting place, and it is true that one must go prepared because it gets very hot. Afterward, we went to the cenote of Ik Kil, which is very beautiful if you have never visited; there were some people, but it was not overly crowded, although it is really a place to visit for a short time; our group did have lunch at the cenote facilities, and I must say that was what I liked the least.
Yucatecan food is very delicious, and the restaurant was buffet-style with very simple food; we expected something much more traditional and with more variety.
Finally, we went to Valladolid, a small but charming city; it has a square with a garden and the church, where there are many stalls selling beautiful traditional embroidered clothing, and the guide also took us to the chocolate museum where we could do some shopping.
Overall, the excursion was very good; we had no mishaps or problems, the driving was good, and importantly, the dynamics were also quite good thanks to Tonatzin.

If I could give 10 stars I would!
This review is actually for the Chichen Itza, cenote and Coba tour as we received a free upgrade after the original tour on 5 June was cancelled.
Jesus is an amazing guide, not only did he do all of the driving, he gave us all the benefit of his historical knowledge. He got us to all three activities and back to Playa del Carmen in good time.
Thank you for the upgrade, we didn't expect to get to see Coba, and to see it alongside one of the Great Wonders of the world was a real treat.

Fantastic Tour A Must Do
Fantastic day with experienced and knowledgeable tour guides. A second hour of free time at the ruins to explore and shop would have made it a perfect day.
