The event was great but i couldn't access my ticket on the Viator website. Thankfully, the accepted my email confirmation as my ticket.
Great views of the area from the Centennial Wheel. Plenty of places to eat (not much shopping). Just a nice spot to slow down a moment and spend a little time on the pier.
I am so glad I purchased my tickets thru Viator. If I had waited to buy them at the venue we would have not made it on. The line was about 1 1/2 hours but because I bought them through Viator we were able to access a special line without a wait. That was such a relief. We had a great time at Navy Pier. Wednesday nights they light fireworks and so we were able to enjoy the show. Good place to visit a variety of food choices. Ice Cream on a summer evening, what more can you want.
Overpriced mundane experience. 3 rotation without any thrill. Ridiculous pricing for 10 minute elevator like experience
It was a great experience, we had awesome time.
It's cool. But I need my money back of faster cruise ride are you canceled and no giving me the money back
There are so many tours and food places at the Navy pier, as well as the wheel and the carousel. It’s also perfect for seeing the Chicago skyline and lake. Boat tours were all decent prices and we loved that you felt away from the hustle and bustle of the city despite it not being far at all.
It’s a very nice time to spend time with family and friends to overlook Chicago. Also, the trams are spacious and comfortable. When you visit Chicago, it would be nice to stop in Navy Pier and take this wheels.
it's alright!! if you're a big shopper and have a lot of extra cash, it could be fun! it's very touristy, so if youre a local or have been to chicago before, a lot of the stores probably won't interest you much as they're catered to souvenirs. the rides are kind of boring, they don't have anything that's super cool or out of the ordinary. a regular county fair or mall fair would genuinely have more to ride on. food is crazy overpriced, but for a fun once in a while time it could be fun!
It was fun. The line moved quickly. We went around about 3 or 4 times on one turn. The cars are air conditioned
