IFLY can ‘take the reservation,’ they just WON’T/DON’T HOLD the reservation. Disappointing to learn iFLY MOVEs reservations to ‘squeeze In’ more people, instead of honoring reservations made more than 30 days PRIOR. I booked 2 consecutive reservations for us to fly twice. Our 2nd reservation time WAS MOVED TO ANOTHER TIME SLOT. The local iFly said they were NOT INFORMED of original reservation, nor did they mention anything to us when we checked in for the 1st session. Only after I initiated a discussion about the multiple reservations, did any employee say anything. Short fun experience but iFly Online Corporate reservation center is a serious problem. No one was willing to change the times to accommodate our family.
What a great time we had at this location. My wife and I went on a date and drove in from out of town. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and attentive staff. Sam and Jam were so helpful and engaging. It's definitely worth your money.
The instructors are friendly and make it a fun experience. It is a great place for all ages to experience flying but overpriced and super short flight times. Book in advance to secure your spot. Weekends are busy. The facility is clean and well maintained.

Took our kids to Ifly and had a great time. Staff was very professional and made the children at ease doing an activity they hadn't done before. Directions were clear and easy to follow for the kids resulting in a great experience. The staff also did a great job with safety. Kids are 10 and 11 and both and a terrific time. Highly recommended!
