What a brilliant way to see India. Met punctually by our driver Prakash at our hotel in Jaipur and driven to meet our guide Naveen in the Pink City. Prakash was a great safe competent driver who was delighted to tell us lots of history of Jaipur including his favourite lassi stop. Naveen was excellent who with a smile, a joke and endless enthusiasm showed us the best parts of Jaipur which we would have struggled to get around without him. An encyclopaedic knowledge of his home city and his religion we got to see a side of Jaipur that would be easi;y missed on an organised tour. Both wonderfully kind and generous people. Shukriya

I used Stayfari for my recent 8 day trip to Goa and found them very good. Excellent service, their arrangements were meticulous, they were always available to sort any issues and everything was smooth. Their vehicles were clean, well maintained, the drivers were courteous, professional and cooperative. I Liked this experience.

Booking process is smooth and they set up a WhatsApp group for to assist the customer during the trip. The problem was that we booked a large SUV (Innova) but got a smaller SUV (Rumion). When I contacted them about this, I was given excuses like ''There we're no Innovas so we switched you to a newer model, it has a luggage carrier, Innovas are not new so this is actually an upgrade, etc.". If they didn't have a large SUV available, then their website shouldn't offer that as an option. We were six passengers, some quite tall, so the entire ride was very uncomfortable. So eventually we paid for a large SUV but got a smaller one. They offered to find an alternate vehicle after the smaller vehicle and driver had arrived. But by then we couldn't switch because we had to reach our destination on time. My advice to other customers is to check which vehicle they are going to get in advance so that they are not stuck with a smaller vehicle at the last minute.

From the start of your journey till the completion, they are always connected with you on a WhatsApp group. The car was almost new, always clean & driven by a professional chauffeur. There are no hidden costs. They deliver what they promise. If you are looking for a long tour, don't think beyond Stayfari. For a short trip of a day or two, you may choose another option as Stayfari prices are little higher than their competitors.

Goa what a memorable place! Truly an unbelievable experience. Forget the beaches do yourself a favour and visit St Francis Xavier Complex and Old Town. The experience was memorable and no matter what religion visiting his coffin and viewing what i call a miracle of this famous persons remains is nothing but that. Not to mention the effect on people who passed by. Anand our driving was amazing, on time and punctual. Knowledgable as well. The car was comfortable with good air con and through Stayfari was also such great value.

This was our second independent trip to India supported by Stayfari. This time, after visiting Delhi and Jaipur, we were picked up byour driver, Naresh, in Jodhpur and travelled for nine days with him to Udaipur, Bundi, Orccha, Gwalior and he dropped us at Bharatpur. At all times Naresh was smart, polite and helpful. He drove extremely well and found his way efficiently to every remote spot we had on our list to visit, sometimes with very scant information about the location. He totally respected our wish to always get back to our hotel by 1700 and never failed to deliver. On a number of occasions he helped us by seeking out and passing on information about local conditions, such as festival crowds that were likely to mean changes to the itinerary. He kept the car, a very nice Toyota Crysta, in perfect shape. The Stayfari team were very good at communication in the run-up to the trip. We love India but it can occasionally be stressful for a traveller who doesn't speak the language so the support we received from Stayfari and especially Naresh were invaluable. We were able to relax and enjoy the trip, knowing that Stayfari were looking after us. As a footnote, our hotel in Bharatpur engaged a taxi to take us back to Delhi airport. He spoke no English and made no attempt to communicate with us, got lost and dropped us late. I have no hesitation in recommending Stayfari. We will definitely use them for our next trip, which is already planned.
