I realized after organizing our tour in Malaysia that the buses to take us to Singapore for our return flight left late, and I knew from experience that crossing the border could take a long time depending on the schedule. Being a group of 7 people, we found the price of this transfer reasonable, considering the comfort and time saved. From my booking until the pickup, the communication was precise and professional, and everything went perfectly. The driver (Alex) was on time (and even early), helpful, and attentive throughout the trip. We were able to take a break on the road, and the border crossing was perfectly smooth. We arrived at the scheduled time at Changi Airport. We did not regret our choice.
