Fantastic tour of Charleston going off the beaten touristy path and offering interesting stories about the city
Very fun way to spend an afternoon. Tour guide was really knowledgeable and told us a lot of interesting facts.
I liked it. Tour guide had a wealth of information. I feel like it's a good starting point to visit, giving you an overview to then selectively go explore more in depth.
This was a great air conditioned tour of Charleston. Driver had great knowledge of Charlestons history and personal city facts.
The bus ride was very comfortable and very informative. We enjoyed it very much. Our driver was very nice and really knew tons of information about Charleston. We learned a lot.
It was amazing, so nice in a bus, air conditioning the experience was just fantastic. I would recommend to all ages. Will worth the cost
We went on a Combo Tour which included a bus tour and entrance to a mansion. Parking was available very close by. Our tour guide was Shawn who is very knowledgeable and experienced in this business and is very enthusiastic. Unfortunately, he spoke too fast and did not enunciate his words and we couldn’t understand much of what he was saying. He also didn’t pause in between sentences which made it hard to keep up. Too much information to digest! We saw a great deal of the city on a very comfortable bus. We got off the bus at City Market and had fun shopping. Our tour guide told us to catch the 211 bus back to the Visitor’s Center but the bus never showed- apparently there was a detour and the bus was not stopping there. Fortunately we found a Trolley Tour bus whose very kind driver agreed to drive us back. After lunch, we did the mansion tour and found it to be interesting and informative.
A good experience. The Guide was very knowledgeable.
Our driver/guide, Anderson, did a fantastic job. His communication was engaging, and his love for the city was evident. Vehicle was a little warm. Appreciated the stories (except the one about the jail - ew) and local tips.
Keep an open mind. The driver was curious about where everyone was from. He was extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend and book
