Chaperone and Security Service

Provided excellent security service for group of five college students. We are grateful to have found the Fixer! We will use again.

Gorge was the best security guard. Took great care of us. Great way to get to downtown. Worked out great. I highly recommend

The entire team was fantastic. Renee was super responsive to all inquiries. I felt very comfortable leaving our teenage boys in his care while at the clubs in Cabo.

We used Rene and his team for security and transportation for a group of college girls while in Cabo on Spring Break. Rene and Roberto were truly fantastic in every way! I absolutely cannot imagine them going without having Rene in place. Rene and Roberto were professional, kind, respectful and prompt. Their charges were fair and consistent with what we had arranged before their arrival. Rene also did a wonderful job communicating with me after the girls were safely returned to their hotel at night. I had not expected that communication but MUCH appreciated it! They really were a wonderful team and I would highly recommend them to others with college students traveling to Cabo!!

This is the best company in Cabo! I was worried about transportation and security for (adult/21 years old) college students. They are old enough to take care of themselves, but they did go the clubs. "What you Need" was incredible. Rene took care of them, but still treated them as adults. Transport, walked them into the clubs, told them the safety issues to watch for, waiting right there to take them back to the hotel. The interesting and sad part about this-I had originally posted here asking for security company reviews. I was essentially shamed by reviewers for asking, even though I did not ask for advice, only the name of a company. Since I was paying for the trip, I ignored the unsolicited advice and I hired this firm any way based on Trip advisor reviews. As it turns out, one of the other students on the trip took an Uber. He was taken to the desert, held at gun point, robbed, and left in the desert - in broad day light! He is ok, thank God. But I am so glad I listened to my gut. USE RENE! and USE Trip Advisor reviews for companies! (but not for personal advice :) ) They were spot on. Rene is so professional and communicated with all of us the entire time. He does a lot more than security and transportation. I highly highly recommend! My daughter who did not want security or extra transportation called back thanking me saying Rene made the trip feel safe when leaving a high-end hotel. Even though transport from the hotel was free, she said she only felt safe with Rene and team. The other rides were "a little sketchy."

If you are looking for a Chaperone, driver and guide for your trip to Cabo, then look no further. Seriously, this is the spot. Rene and his team were absolutely exceptional during our trip. Everything you could ever need, he's got the answer. He made us feel safe, confident and by the end he'll be your best friend. From big plans to just needing groceries and medicine, he knows the best places to go and goes above and beyond the call to service. When we go back to Cabo, we will be using Rene and his team beyond a shadow of a doubt. You're gonna wish you had Rene at home with you! Literally could not more highly recommend Rene and his team.

Rene and his team were absolutely exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure our party group had everything we needed. They were fun, professional and very punctual. This trip might arguably be my best vacation yet. I wish I could give this team 6 stars!

René was hired as our transportation for the week we spent in Cabo but he was so much more than that. He made our reservations, got us the best deals for all activities and outings we wanted to take but most importantly he was very kind and a genuinely good and trustworthy person. He made planning our week so easy and made us feel truly carefree, you know how you’re supposed to feel on a vacation! Everything was taken care of for us and he saved us so much time and money. Our trip was worry free thanks to Rene! Next time we go to Cabo we’ll definitely be hiring him again! Five stars all the way from Brian, Libby, Merissa and Jake!

We just recently returned from four days in Cabo! Rene and Juan made our time there so relaxing. Everything from trips to the grocery store, cooking, transportation, and last minute boat ride were executed flawless. I came to Cabo with five ladies and he made sure we got to where we needed to be safely which was a huge hot button for us. We just left and are already talking about another trip back!!

Rene and his team were superb, they were on time every time they came to pick us up, very friendly and kind, and helpful in determining what to do on our vacation. I would recommend Rene to anyone coming into town who wants to feel safe and taken care of!
