Fantastic experience. Scuba with my adult wife and kids. Talking about swimming with the fishes. Leo and William were awesome guides! Leo was very patient with and made sure everyone was comfortable. We saw lots of fish, coral, and an underwater cave! Highly recommend!
Cannot say enough about our Dive Master Daniel. He was patient and kind and listened along with the gentleman that was filming underwater (I've forgotten his name. 😞) We ended up going down twice and paid the extra $100 for another tank. Was it a little spendy for the pictures? $60 per set, yes. Was it worth it, yes. We were able to enjoy the trip without having to worry about anything. I loved the experience and of all the tours we have taken, our favorite. I would have loved a longer experience for sure.
So much do to here. Highly recommend for a full day get out. Prices are affordable in the area in which you get to swim and dive is out of this world! I hear the food is pretty good too.
Scuba diving in Cozumel/Chankanaab was BEAUTIFUL. The instructors were very helpful and informational. There was snorkeling gear available as well as real 100% agave tequila tasting.
Our experience was absolutely amazing! Our assistant was Charlie and he took care of us from the beginning to the end. After a quick tutorial, he put us in the water and stayed with us the entire time. The dive is an absolute phenomenal experience. They provided pictures for purchase of the trip afterwards. I can’t say enough how amazing this experience was and I highly recommend MJ’s. Ask for Charlie!
Great time for a first scuba dive/lesson. We had Leonardo as our guide. The entry was the hardest part; after we got under water, it was pretty smooth from there on. They were so patient with us. We saw lots of fish and wreaths. We would definitely do it again. You have to pay the marine entry fee $11 per person and the taxi was $12 each way from the cruise port. Everything else was included.
We went scuba diving, three teens and an adult all newbies. The instructor who was incharge was extremely good at orientation and guided us through the trip. Food was awesome, especially the bouqinete whole fish fry is a must try. Overall its a great experience
My son just needed a refresher dive. He went out with a private divemaster and had a photographer go along. $30 for all photos and videos which they downloaded to my phone for me: got to stay in the park and on the beach all day. Prices to eat and to drink were responsible and service was excellent. Snorkeling was good. My son got snorkeling gear for free and we brought our own.
Daniel was an amazing instructor. He was incredibly patient and worked with us till we felt confident in diving by ourselves even thought he was always close by if we needed anything.
The Overall experience was great. Our guide Dani did a great job and showed us some cool wildlife. The dive is super easy especially if you are certified like myself. Even for uncertified divers it is not to hard. The visibility is pretty solid and they do offer a photo package which is super cool.
