The experience was bad and they never told me that the trip was cancelled even hours before the trip. We realized that they cancelled the trip due to low participation while waiting for them to arrive. We wasted half a day in making alternate arrangements.
Very good service. Reina who has the store was very helpful and pleasant. She helped us with which trips made sense for us. We were picked up close to our hotel, which was a little out of Chania
