We had a such a great time learning how to dance the Champeta as well as the Salsa. Our dance instructor and host were energetic and knowledgeable about the history of the dance. We were lucky enough to have a small group setting they made us feel comfortable enough to let loose and enjoy the evening. My friends and I left wanting to learn more. And the unexpected fireworks made a perfect end to the nigh. A must do when in Cartagena.

This was SO fun!!! Our instructors were enthusiastic and excited and the vibe was awesome. The sunset view from the rooftop was beautiful, and it was fun getting to chat with the others in our group. We learned some Champeta and also some salsa. It wasn’t in partners, but instead we learned some choreography of each style. It was super fun and I would do this class over and over again if I was still in Cartagena! Highly recommend!!!
So much fun! I loved this dance class. It was a easy way to spend an evening while exploring Cartagena. The instructors were kind and welcoming.
Our group really enjoyed learning Champeta and different forms of Salsa. The instructor and host were energetic and really friendly. Our earlier activity ran past its time and we really appreciated them accommodating us. This is a great company for all to experience Afro-Colombian culture!
The Champeta with us experience was so much fun! We did this activity as part of a girls trip celebrating our 50th birthdays and it was an an equally enjoyable activity for those of us who don't dance at all as well as those who are dancehall divas! The team is amazing, high energy, professional dancers, and will ensure you have Insta worthy video. Take this class alone or with friends, you won't regret it!
