Alexander is very knowledgeable about the park, was very kind in my mother's handicap, and immediately offered a blanket for the cold temperature. We met early, had time for pictures, quick strolls, and bio relief. The bathrooms were clean, the ride was comfortable, and our guide was engaging. Superb service of not only helping with pictures, but making sure they were good.

They were incredibly easy to meet at the Plaza Hotel, and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. Both guides shared great highlights about the park, including fun facts and locations where famous movies were filmed. Leo and Alex were also wonderful about taking family photos and knew all the best spots for gorgeous views. Our family loved every minute.
