We did 3 free walking tours, 2 with Gabriel through the Financial District and Central Park and the Brooklyn Bridge with Carlos, all 3 highly recommended, with a lot of information and very good vibes during the tour. I went with my family and I highly recommend it
We booked in English but website had issue and only guide there was Spanish and we couldn’t reschedule.
We deeply apologize for the negative experience you had regarding the language of your guide, and we completely understand your frustration. We take the quality of our service very seriously and are truly sorry that we did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that this situation was strictly caused by an unexpected technical error in the automatic integration (API) between our booking system (Bokun) and Viator. This glitch incorrectly assigned an English-speaking slot to a tour that was operating exclusively in Spanish that day.As soon as we detected this system failure, our priority was to support you, which is why we immediately issued a 100% full refund on the spot to compensate for the inconvenience. We are already working with our software providers to ensure this technical issue does not happen again. We appreciate your time and your feedback, as it helps us continuously improve. Best regards, Julian CEO
