“Absolute SCAM. Never book with them again. I paid £72 for my family’s journey from Heathrow to London. Their receptionist then called me demanding an additional £20 for ‘waiting time’, even though the driver had not waited longer than the time we had agreed. The worst part was that the receptionist told me that if I didn’t pay the extra £20, the driver would take my family back to Heathrow Airport. I found this completely unacceptable and intimidating. My family were the passengers, and I was being pressured over the phone to pay an unexpected extra charge while they were in the vehicle. A terrible and stressful experience. I would never use this company again and would not recommend them.”
Smooth booking, on site well in advance and good driving!
Great and easy experience. The driver was at the hotel on-time (early 6am pick up) and we had a smooth drive to Heathrow. It was a comfortable car and the driver did great as we were a big group of 7 with a lot of baggage.
This was a seamless way to be assured that we would get to the airport on time. We were unfamiliar with the transit system, and wanted to be confident that we could make our flight home.
I booked a transfer from my Airbnb in central London to Heathrow airport 2 months in advance. The booking was confirmed. On the day and time of pickup, no car showed. I contacted the company through their WhatsApp and only then they told me that they cannot find a driver. They gave a lame excuse of road closure. They could have told me that they don't have a car at least the day before or a few hours before my pickup. Instead, they left me stranded to find a car last minute.

Despite a last minute change of plans, Viator stepped up to the plate and accommodated our large party providing a driver to our location and took us to the Airport. We were going to cancel our booking because at first they couldn’t help us with our sudden changes, but they called us and urged us not to cancel, and got us a ride! We were SO elated! Our last day of a 3-week trip was almost a disaster but Viator came through! We will use Viator EXCLUSIVELY for our Travel and Transportation needs👍
