Caye Caulker Sailing with Snorkeling Hol Chan and Shark Ray Alley
Description
Snorkeling and Sailing to Caye Caulker with stops at Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark & Ray Alley. We do a guided snorkel of the Marine Reserve Hol Chan and then snorkeling at Shark & Ray Alley. We leave a little later than most Tour Operators at 10:00 am vs 8:00 am and return later as well, to include the sun setting, where others have you back before or around 4:00 we get back about 6:00 pm. The Crew will walk Guests around the Village in Caye Caulker, go to feed the Tarpon or see the Seahorses and check out The Split. We typically see dolphins along the way!

The staff on the ship was great. The water of course is always beautiful. The snorkeling was the best that I’ve ever experienced. The disappointment were the stop for lunch at the something lizard the food prices were double what they were in San Pedro and the food quality was marginal. The shark experience was not really swimming with the sharks we stopped for maybe 20 minutes. They fed a little bit out of the boat maybe three sharks and a lot of other fish showed up for a few minutes then they left. I did this before with another carrier and it was much more of an experience, it was longer, and I saw and swam with lots of Nurse sharks.
Good Afternoon Terrill, While I appreciate your review with the boat being great, the water beautiful and the snorkeling the best you have ever done. How is the Lazy Lizard in Caye Caulker part of our review for Xsite Belize? I believe they have a Trip Advisor page that you can review them on verses on ours. Guides get in the water with guests to swim with the sharks and rays, but you have to get out of the boat to do so, otherwise we move on to the next location. We hope you enjoyed Belize Tammy
The boat tour was absolutely amazing! The crew were so nice and fun. Waited on us hand and foot while on the boat, in the ocean and when we got to Caye Caulker. The highlight of our trip!

Denroy and other crew were so good to us. They really were looking out for my family and made it the best day they could. They went above and beyond the description to show us the good spots for lunch, care for our safety, and see so many awesome fish and friends in the sea and give all the information. How does he remember the name of so many 🐠🐟?! When were just chilling, they kept the vibe going. Good music, good rum punch, Coke, and the ceviche was bomb! The catamaran is the BEST boat option for this type of tour. Worth the $ upgrade Bring your sunscreen 🧴

10 out of 10 would recommend! We saw so much sea life. 4 turtles, nurse sharks, 2 species of stingrays, and multiple fish. The rum punch and ceviche was amazing! Craig, Danroy, and the Captain were awesome and took great care to make sure we had an epic adventure.

This was a great experience! The guides were very knowledgeable and super fun, shoutout to the Denroy and Garry! Plenty of laughs, sun, turtles, sharks, fish, rum punch, and an all-around great time. There were about 11 of us on the boat, plenty of room, cool hammocks and pillows to lounge on. You will not be disappointed!!

They canceled last minute due to not meeting the minimum amount of people. The communication was absolutely terrible with Tammy. She asked if we could move to the next day and I said no because we already have another excursion. She didn’t respond back and did not answer any of my calls. They are very unprofessional even the lady who works at the front desk. Please do not waste your time booking here.
Good Afternoon Jalen, As I explained to you on the text message I sent that we did not meet the minimum number of guests for the day on the afternoon before we were to depart. Isn't that communication? I offered the next day that was confirmed to get you on the water. We get inquires all the way up to the cut off time at 5:00 pm to possibly fill days, so we wait. When I offered another day/the following day and you said you had plans. I said "okay". What more is there to communicate? WHY would one assume that the day would still go out "because you had plans" the following day and show up, when I told you (communicated) that it wasn't going out? We have to meet a minimum of guests to go. We do our best to offer other days instead of just cancelling on guests. While I do take Reviews very seriously, I do not feel this review was fair or honest.
