




Eleven miles northeast of Boerne at 325 Kreutzberg Rd. in the scenic Texas Hill Country is Cave Without a Name, a natural, living cavern, and some say the most beautiful in Texas. The the cave is 39 miles from downtown San Antonio. It was opened for public tours in 1939, and is designated a National Natural Landmark. Experienced guides take you on a tour which is both entertaining and educational for visitors of all ages. It begins with a magical descent down 126 steps taking you back in time many thousands of years. Eighty feet below the surface, the cave maintains a constant temperature of 66 degrees. Above ground activities include our Gift Shop, a Gemstone/Fossil Sluice, Geode slicing, and a shaded Canyon Rim Trail to take a hike. Ages 5 and under are free with a paid adult ticket.
