We had an appointment for this cruise with a 7:00 PM departure, unfortunately the 7:00 PM catamaran was chartered and the other departure was at 8:00 PM, unfortunately we could not change our schedule, due to time, because we had to leave Barcelona, and our time was limited, as for doing it the next day, impossible, due to returning to France the next day, in short we were not able to take this cruise, due to the lack of respect for the schedule indicated on the tickets 7:00 PM and not 8:00 PM, we were told to contact Viator for the refund which we are going to do, I am also going to send a refund request to bluemagiccat.
