You were approached by three different people because, unfortunately, they saw you were a foreigner and were taking advantage of this for financial gain. This is why passengers should not accept help from just anyone, as they will try to exploit this to ask for money. The driver dropped you off at the hotel indicated on your reservation, Holiday Inn Express in Cartagena de Indias. There are three hotels with the same name but in different locations: Bocagrande, Manga, and La Boquilla. Next time, please verify this or provide an exact address. Our driver asked you which hotel you were looking for and took you to the one you specified, which is located in Bocagrande. Our representative was always ready and waiting for you. We received a call from a local and immediately located you to provide transportation. Those who have used our service know that the vehicles are parked in the parking lot, as traffic regulations prohibit them from being in the taxi zone. Please, on your next visit, do not accept help from just anyone and carry the exact address of your accommodation with you. Verify the address before giving money to strangers.
