However, we would like to clarify that you received the full 60 minutes that you booked. The time affected by the equipment issue was compensated, so no time was deducted from your experience. Regarding the alleged damage to the jet ski and the money you were charged, our team investigated the situation as soon as we became aware of what had happened. We identified the person involved, who is not part of our company, and we were willing to refund the money you had paid in connection with this incident. However, you indicated that you preferred to leave the matter as it was and declined the reimbursement. We completely understand why this situation was frustrating and unpleasant, and we agree that no guest should feel uncomfortable during their experience. Once we became aware of what had happened, we did everything we could to investigate the situation and offer a resolution. We sincerely regret that this incident affected an experience that, as you also mentioned, you otherwise enjoyed on the jet skis. Assisting guests in these situations is always our priority. It is also important to note that your group received approximately 30 additional minutes of riding time beyond the original reservation. The additional charge referenced in your review was for this extra time requested and used, not for the incident itself. Regarding the locker, no charge was made for its use. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lock issue, which was resolved immediately to ensure your belongings remained secure.
