Cartagena : Full day 3 private islands

Overall we feel disappointed with the trip. Too expensive for what it is, the staff didn't care about the safety of the participants and the guides (David & Hector) were mainly focused on hitting on girls on the boat, ignoring on helping children or others who needed. The confirmation of all information related to the trip was given shortly before it started. They inform us to start at 8:30 a.m, we started almost at 10 a.m and it ended around 3:20 p.m. it didn't even last the 7 hours as described on the website. During the snorkeling the water was infested with jellyfish, they didn't care about it at all. We have additionally booked the plankton experience, they dropped us on Barú and we had to wait for 3 hours to be picked by other boat much crowded. I had booked few years ago a 5 island trip with other agency, it was much better and cheaper.

Due to circumstances outside of the tour operators control we were unable to make the tour. However, thank you very much for the five star customer service

Communication for English only speaking is not the greatest. The meeting point organization was a bit chaotic. Boat was crowded. Snorkeling was not snorkeling, it was a mask only. The ride back was quite violent with the waves and speed. We were getting soaked and tossed around with no warning. Garbage was flying out of the boat and into the ocean as we were driving back. Lack of beaches. More of club hopping with expensive drinks.

This was my first time booking an excursion outside of my hotel and this was the best decision. They were recommended to me by a friend and they took care of us start to finish.

Wonderful experience! I bought the package with a attendant named Ginno, who is at MC Donalds/Bocagrande. He gave us all the attention needed. Best walk. Super recomendo. And we still won a walk as a courtesy!

To begin with they load not many beers on the ship, but before reaching the first island, the ship's own endowment, has drunk half When you arrive at the first stop, a sunken plane, you are given “no tube” diving goggles because at the time of COVID they banned it and it is seen that since then they do not agree. Then another 10min of snorkeling in another absurd place where you can see nothing First stop, an island where we were 30' despite telling us we'd be 45' The bar had nothing to eat Second stop, an island that didn't have much. Again like a flock of sheep, eat running we are going!! Third stop and last, Ibiza island resort They say “you can use EVERYTHING!” As soon as you arrive you get a Balinese bed and a guy comes to you and says that “it’s busy” but there’s nobody! Well I take this one, but it tells you “that tmb is busy” and offers you another one worth 130,000 pesos Quite shameless and draw rooms!! In the end you end up sitting in a chair in a pocket that is fenced off so you don't go out and consume somewhere else A tour that is worthless! A total breast pump that takes you from enclosure to enclosure Total rubbish. Tourist of the century

I’ll start by saying I have done many excursions similar to this across the Caribbean and Central America. This one started off very unorganized. Multiple groups together unsure of where to go. First stop was more around 5-6 minutes long versus the advertised 30. But as soon as the boat stopped we had multiple vendors paddle up asking us to buy stuff which was annoying as the whole city is like that. Wanted a break while out in the water. Next stop was right around the corner at a Coral Reef. We did stay about 25/30 minutes. Unfortunately they didn’t advise people to not touch the coral (if you are reading this, please never touch a coral reef.) until they had already stepped and stomped all over it. They then took us to the third stop. They advertised it as Karol G’s, which seems to be a complete lie. You are taken to a very rocky shaded spot with chairs and a bar. Be warned when buying items from the bar. They will try and not give you correct change. I unfortunately had complain until I got the correct amount back right before leaving. Last stop was probably the best one. Nice shaded area with a pool and good access to ocean. This was the best of all the stops. We stayed roughly 45 mins or so at the final stop. Last thing, before booking this please know you need to speak Spanish on this excursion. My wife is native speaker and I learned from her. If you do not speak Spanish you will be mostly ignored. Our tour guide, Wiliam, really took a liking to a group of younger girls that were on our excursion and paid extra attention to them. Overall I cannot recommend this trip to a fellow traveler for the price.

Overall it is fine, they should only improve lunch, logistics and portion, our guide was very fun, plus there are only 3 beers per person.

The deal from Geussepe was the best, very attentive and took us to spectacular places!!!💪💪💪 My best experience was when we dived on the plane

I found the tour super chevere and the guide very attentive, the food delicious. Very nice islands and good atmosphere.☺️☺️☺️
