Carnival Magic Ticket in Phuket with Buffet Dinner and Transfer

Well this attraction did not disappoint, the lights, parade and carnival itself were over the top and AMAZING! But… it was the Carnival River Show that was the highlight. I still can’t put into words just how beautiful it was! Go to this show - you will not be disappointed and will talk about it for years to come. I will definitely be back!

The show itself was absolutely magical and beautiful. Everything was so detailed, with incredible art, creativity and attention to detail. The entire place was beautifully designed, the light show was fantastic, and even the children's bathrooms were magical! The staff were dressed wonderfully, and their enthusiasm and willingness to help was lovely. However, there were several things that really disappointed us. The directions to the dining area were very poor and confusing. The food choices were also quite limited for international visitors, especially for vegetarians. There was some non-vegetarian food, pasta and a dessert, but ice cream had to be paid for separately. Only soft drinks were included with refills, which was disappointing, especially as children naturally love ice cream and toppings. We ended up paying £13 for three ice creams in cones, which we felt was very expensive for Thailand. The children's games were another major disappointment. The games were extremely difficult, and it felt almost impossible for children to win. For example, you had three attempts with five rings, and if you missed, that was it. I hardly saw any children winning. For a family-friendly attraction, I feel the games should be designed so that children have a genuine chance of winning a small prize and creating a happy memory. With tickets costing around 300 Baht each, the additional games felt more like a way to make extra money rather than an enjoyable experience for children The balloon drop at the end was also disappointing. The balloons were so small, and many children left without getting one. The children were clearly disappointed. You have to remember that children come to places like this to make memories and take something special home with them. Even a small toy, gift or prize can mean so much to a child. I really feel the attraction should make more effort to create memorable experiences for children and give them something to take away. If children leave happy, excited and with a little prize or gift, they will go home and tell their friends about it, encouraging more families to visit. Overall, the show itself was fantastic, magical and truly beautiful definitely a must-see. However, considering the high ticket prices and the overall experience, we felt that what you spend compared with what you receive was not really worth the money. The attraction is beautiful and has so much potential, but I hope they take this feedback on board and make the experience more generous and enjoyable for children in the future.

Nice family friendly experience reminded me of Disney

You want your child's soul back, so to visit this show, a fairy tale of light and color. it's fantastic and everything's out of proportion. You have to go to believe it, we all highly recommend.

Wow. We were remarkably entertained and blown away. What an insane experience. The production was next level- from the lights, design, sound and overall show and floats. We loved it and are so happy we went!! Perfect for our 3 little girls and us!

It’s a very beautiful and magical place. The food was amazing with a lot of options. Both the show and the lights were spectacular!

The park was a fun experience. The games were definitely for kids, but adults could play them also. The parade, show and festival of lights were very nice. If you aren't interested in the all you can eat buffet there is a sit down restaurant option, or eat before and get there when the parade starts and stay for the show

The park was really fun, colourful and great and the show was really cool aswell, but our transfer said to us before we arrived that we should wait him in 22.30 and if by 22.40 we will not be there he will leave. We waited there 22.15-23.00 but he just did not come, we called and messaged many times but he did not answer.
