The Cardrona presents New Zealand's best guided quad bike tour. This two hour mountain experience takes you to the top of the mountains of the Cardrona Valley, Wanaka, navigating high country farm and alpine trails on very capable and easy to operate 450cc 4WD Yamaha quad bikes. River crossings, historical gold mining sites from the 1860s gold rush and breathtaking exclusive 360 degree panoramic views await, so be sure to bring a camera! All abilities welcome. The Cardrona
Opposite the entrance to Cardrona Ski Area, the entrance is also shared with the Cardrona Distillery & Museum and the famous Cardrona Valley "Bra Fence". Look fo the sign that say "HORSE TREKS & QUAD TOURS". Come along the top driveway and you will be greeted by your guide and all our friendly animals.
Cardrona
Mount Cardrona towers to the west and the Pisa Range to the East, which is where you will go exploring by quad bike. The Cardrona river weaves along the valley floor between the two mountain ranges.

Incredible Afternoon in the Valley
Our family , 12 and 14 year old girls, and 17 year old boy along with hubby and mobility impaired Grandma had an amazing time with Kelly today . The girls enjoyed the mini quads, the boys the adult quads and Mum and I in the all- terrain buggy. Kelly guided us along the river explaining just enough about the history and the local flora and fauna to educate the group but not lose their interest. The terrain was enough to keep everyone excited with a few creek crossings and challenges. The scenery was exquisite and Kelly gave us 100% of her energy and focus the kids and adults all came away from the experience enthralled! Thank you Kelly for showing us the farm and your local flora and fauna. A uniquely NZ experience not to be missed ! 🤩

Put this one on the itinerary immediately!
Kelly was the hostess with the mostest! Super friendly and patient with our kids. Provided clear, concise instructions before we set off up the mountain into some of the most beautiful terrain we’ve seen. Kelly took some amazing pics for us along the way (straight to the pool room Dale). Will be recommending this to mates and family 100%! Jimmy the cat welcomed us on arrival and was a doll ❤️ Thanks for an amazing day!

Good Ride Amazing Views…
Enjoyed our ride, the views were amazing the bikes were great. They supplied extra jackets for us to stay warm, tracks were fun and muddy. Side note that the session is with all rider levels so can be slow at times otherwise fun.

Quad Biking through Cadrona hills
This experience was amazing!!! And well worth every penny if you want to experience pristine views and the people are awesome! By far at the top of my thrill seeking adventures 😁

Great ride beautiful views
The Quad tour was very fun and the views were beautiful. Agathe was our guide and she was very kind. The tour is on a working farm so we saw cows and sheep running around. It was a bit cold the day we went and they did have extra jackets, pants gloves and boots for use.
