The captain was very rigid and inflexible. We started half an hour late and lost more time due to him after the stop on Capri. He gave no one his contact information and gave no clear instructions for exactly where to wait for pickup on Capri. As a result, the entire group waited near the dock where we could see the boat but he didn’t come to pick us up until 30-40 minutes after the pickup time. He skipped some of the listed stops due to the delays but made no effort to inform the group they would be skipped or to understand what stops the group was most interested in. Would definitely not recommend this service or use it again.

We would like to clarify that, as with any private boat excursion, the timing and itinerary can sometimes be affected by circumstances on the day, particularly around Capri and the port, where boat traffic and docking procedures can cause unexpected delays. Our captain’s priority is always to operate the excursion safely and in accordance with the conditions at sea and in the port. We are sorry if there was any confusion regarding the meeting point and the pickup arrangements in Capri. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait, and we regret that the communication during the delay was not as clear as it should have been. Regarding the itinerary, some stops may need to be adjusted when there are delays in order to ensure the excursion can be completed safely and within the scheduled time. We understand, however, that better communication about these changes would have made a significant difference.
