Important note: the Blue Grotto is only included for the guided tour options, NOT for the Independent Tour. Access to the Blue Grotto is subject to sea conditions and cannot be booked in advance. Long waits are common and expected during high season. Our tour leaders will make their best to include it, but if the whole group timing is severely affected, an alternative island highlight will be offered to ensure the smooth running of the tour.

Our driver and guides were great! Barbara is such a beautiful and kind soul and Iliana knows everything and everyone in Capri getting us great deals. It would be great if you could include pickup from hotels that are a bit further away and also maybe instead of bus, to get a train to make the ride shorter and get more time on the island.
I strongly advise against booking this tour. If you are booking this trip primarily to see the Blue Grotto—which is heavily advertised as the main attraction—prepare to be deeply disappointed. Our experience was essentially a textbook bait-and-switch. We boarded the bus in Rome at 7:10 AM, and immediately after we were seated and the tour had officially begun, the guide announced that we would not be visiting the Blue Grotto. To be clear, this was not due to unpredictable weather or unsafe sea conditions, which is understandable. It was a perfect, beautiful day with clear skies and calm seas. The guide explicitly stated that we were skipping it simply because it would be "crowded." Waiting to announce this until after passengers have boarded and are effectively trapped on the bus is a highly deceptive business practice. We were given absolutely no opportunity to cancel our booking, get a refund, and find a reputable provider who could actually deliver the itinerary we paid for. Instead of the Blue Grotto, we were taken on a mediocre boat ride in Naples to see insignificant locations that were never mentioned in the "What's Included" section of the tour description. Vacation days in Italy are precious and limited. This company wasted one of ours by selling us a tour they had no intention of delivering. Save your money, protect your vacation time, and book with a more transparent and honest tour operator. I paid over $500 for me and my spouse just to see the Blue Grotto, but I got an experience which I could have booked and done myself for a lot less and probably would have seen the Blue Grotto. To make matters worse, Viator customer service was of absolutely no help when I reached out to resolve this issue. They offered no meaningful support and completely failed to hold their local operator accountable for this blatant misrepresentation. When a booking platform refuses to protect its customers from deceptive practices, it loses all credibility. Because of this incredibly frustrating experience and lack of accountability, this is the absolute last time I will ever book anything through Viator. Vacation days in Italy are precious and limited. This company wasted one of ours by selling us a tour they had no intention of delivering. Save your money, protect your vacation time, and book with a more transparent and honest tour operator.

In the morning also announced the closure of the blue hole, when Kabri was suddenly opened, when I heard it was really excited, the guide took good care of me and my 5-year-old daughter along the way, the photo is not enough to describe the pictures of the view, it is worth recommending everyone to come for a visit.
